| Acknowledgment: Orders are acknowledged upon receipt. Production Time: 10 working days from receipt of complete order for imprinted and un-imprinted orders. Complete order means purchase order, artwork, enclosure cards, shipping instructions and mailing list if individual shipments is requested. Rush Service: Rush service may be available on imprinted or un-imprinted items. Contact bakery prior to placement of order to obtain product availability, ship date and rush charge. Artwork: Camera ready black and white artwork is preferred. Electronic artwork must be in standard .eps format with color separation if applicable. See product specifications for imprint area for each product. Screen charge is $45.00(v) per color/position. Artwork charge is $60.00(v) per hour. Gift cards/ Inserts; No charge if gift cards are the same and provided with the order. Add $1.00 for bakery supplied gift cards with the same message for each recipient. If cards must be matched to individual recipients or only certain packages get cards, the charge is $2.00 per card. Please supply recipient mailing lists via e-mail. No hand written lists will be accepted! Addresses: Addresses must contain recipient name,business name, street, suite #, city, state, zip code and phone #.The bakery is not responsible for incorrect addresses, delayed deliveries or returned items due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Shipping Methods: All orders are delivered by Fedex ground shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping and handeling is $2.00 per individual item shipped. Bulk Shipments: Cookie tins are bulk shiped in boxes of 24. There is a $15.00 shipping and handeling charge for bulk shipments. ( Price of shipping box and packaging materials). Fullfillment Service Available: We will stock your imprinted tins and ship them as needed, tins must be paid up front in full. Orders can be sent via e-mail or fax. Please call for more information. Spec Samples: Available at end quantity price. $40.00 screen charge per color/position. |
